Site free download, free triple play poker games, free 0 bonus - pacific poker. 7 of us braved the elements and travelled to rocky on friday25th may on route to biloela for the annual lindsay wust memorial triple play poker run. we left mackay about 2pm and we sure didn't get too far when charlie's bike broke down due to a vacuum hose coming adrift, this happened twice between mackay and sarina. we finally got the problem sorted and made it to rocky in the early evening where we stayed overnight at my brother john's who looked after us with plenty of food and drinks. we made it to bilo about 12.30 only to find out we were a bit late for the b-b-q lunch they had put on before the poker run. next time we will have to get up earlier ; . there was a real good turn out for wusty; there were 156 participants in the poker run with 113 bikes. the poker run goes from bilo to jambin then out to goovigen, wowan and then to dululu. we set up camp at the camping grounds a bit away from the pub with my brother in law mal, sisters gayle & kristine the latter having her first experience on a bike and a poker run, kristine wouldn't come with me as she thought that i rode like a bloody lunatic and apparently it could be true because as i was riding from goovigen to wowan and not knowing the road very well come screaming around a corner and down a dip where i hit the bottom of the dip hard which sent my foot flying off the peg and the boot hit the bitumen tearing the heel off - ah duct tape comes in handy for everything. luckily the local servo had some araldite and i glued it and the duct tape held it together while it set. good as new. after setting up camp we thought we might just put our bikes in the fenced off area under cover for a bit more protection, collo pushed his in with no drama but hell i decided that i was not pushing my bike anywhere so i started it up and rode or should i say roared ; into the area, alas bad mistake, the old guy who obviously looks after the area heard me and over he came and read us the riot act and told us to take our bikes out. begrudgingly we did - cranky old cuss needs to get a life none of us did any good in the poker run but the guy who won the event matthew beahan donated the 0.00 back to the wust family for donation to the cancer fund. twin valleys motorcycle club always puts on a good event and this one didn't disappoint. a good band, plenty of food and cheap grog over the bar is the setting for a bloody good night. the step at the pub is just right for the guys to do burnouts up against and langy didn't let us down with his burnout and he kept coming back till his tyre burst. we didn't have too big a night because of the ride home the next day and the handbrakes in the form of sisters ; i think it was about midnight when we all finally left the pub and staggered over to the camp, its only about 300 meters away but it's a long way when you have had a few. we left the next morning about 8am for the long ride home. bj left us at rocky & headed for the sunshine coast, steve & charley went on to collinsville & andrew had to ride to townsville. i sure that a good time was had by all & hopefully we will be going back next year with a bigger contingent of riders. trip. thanks to my fellow riders charlie, kirky, collo, andrew, bj & steve for a good just a few of the crowd and Google.
